Yes the can, I had a grey Shetty mare that had one.

And I later found out that she was prone to having them Evil or Very Mad

I have one due this year! Ridiculously excited for her! She's a stunning golden dun in foal to a homozygous (i think!) chestnut pinto. She had a dun pinto to him last season...hoping for the same but a filly this year, but I am sure I will love it no matter what. Also can't wait to see what I get when I cross her to a friend's stunning red dun pinto stallion, and then my own silver bay colt!

Can't wait to finally join in the "bellies" thread when I get her Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

Thanks Yarreh Very Happy Very Happy

How are everyone's mares looking now...?? Time for a belly/Foal watch update, methinks!

This was Tiffany yesterday, she is due December 23, a Christmas baby.

And this is Tally, her 2010 colt foal who's sire is the same stallion she is in foal to again. She's had 7 colts in a row now, I think, so I'm hoping for a filly (can't keep another colt), but most important, I would just like a healthy, hassle free baby! Smile

So, post your piccies and updates, please! Very Happy

Oh, and this is Mollie! She is a very special girl that we rescued a few weeks ago from neglectful owners. She's a buckskin pinto mare and we believe she's in foal to the stallion she was running with (last foal to him was a cremello filly). She has great movement, even though she looks like crap at the moment (excuse the mud). We'll get there, condition wise, but this is her;

She already looks much better than when she arrived! But anyone's guess as to when the poor girl is due...IF she's due!
