I took my 2 brother sister duo to Blayney Ag today. We were the only ponies there so Valley came home again a Champion and her little Brother Billy got reserve.

Great to win but crap cause i had no competition. So it sorta feels like a nothing win.

Well done,I understand your disappointment not having any competition but the judge still has the right to not award you the Champion and they did So take it as a win.Well done again.

Yeah, piccies??

Ah it can be a little dissapointing but deifnitely agree with what kimmini said. A judge refused to award a Reserve at a show I went to recently - OMG, scared me when I took my horses in under her! LOL LOL Very Happy

I love little old Blayney! I have stayed there a few times and broken down there twice now! Razz

And I think I've seen your ponies Willowmoss, are they on the left after a bend when you are heading towards Sydney?

If you're on the main road on the left then I am pretty sure it's your ponies I have seen.

Congratulations willowmoss.

I have seen reserve ribbons not handed out either...they don't have to award any ribbons at all if they feel the horses/ponies are not up to the standard.
